Upcoming Events
All youth are invited to join us for chametz burning with our local fire truck on Monday, April 10th at 9:00 AM in the shul parking lot.

All Sons of Israel Teens are invited to Six Flags Chol Hamoed Pesach, Thursday, April 13, leaving from the shul at 9:00 a.m. and returning at 6:00 p.m. A live concert by Benny Friedman, with Mordechai Shapiro, will be at 3:00 p.m. at the park. The cost is $48, which includes transportation, and you must R.S.V.P. with payment by April 5. Kosher for Pesach food will be available for purchase inside the park.  NO outside food is permitted. Rabbi Wilensky is teaching a new class at the Jewish Day School on Tuesday mornings for parents on “How to Use the Parsha as a Tool to Open Lines of Communication With Your Child”. This class begins at 8:10 a.m. (after drop off at the JDS) and ends at 8:40 a.m. Coffee and light refreshments are served.

Join our weekly Tuesday class with Rabbi Wilensky held in the shul's board room at 8:30 p.m. on "Chovot Halevavot: Nurturing the Inner Feelings of a Jew". This class is open for both men and women and no prior knowledge of Jewish texts is necessary. The class is studying the classic work of Rabbi Bachya Ibn Pekudah of 11th century Spain which focuses on cultivating the thoughts and emotions of self-reflection, trust, belief, humility, devotion, and love.
